Troy joined Ettrick in October 2024. He has always had a keen interest to work with animals and even wanted to be a Vet when he was younger. Troy has an extensive background managing facilities and working in the utilities industry and in his words is a “simple dude who believes in hard work and servicing those around him”. When he saw the opening for his role at Ettrick, Troy jumped at the chance to work with the pets that come into our boarding kennels. He simply loves being around animals and even has his own Old English Bulldog, Bronson, who is spoiled rotten and rules the household! When not doting on Bronson, Troy loves staying fit physically and spiritually and enjoying a good laugh with family and friends.

Zahkileh joined our kennel team in March 2024. She is passionate about medicine, helping people and animals, and ensuring that she provides a voice and support to those that need it. She has worked previously with animals in different areas and is always eager to provide care, affection and attention to the pets in our boarding kennels.
